At Bbonita, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to request a return, replacement or refund.

1. Your Right to Cancel

For most products purchased online, you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason.

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the eligible products.

2. Beauty and Skincare Products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic and skincare products that are unsuitable for return may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once their protective seal has been broken after delivery.

This exception applies only where the legal conditions are met.

Unused products that remain sealed may be returned within the applicable cancellation period.

3. Candles and Other Products

Candles and other eligible non-cosmetic products may be returned under your statutory cancellation rights.

Customers may inspect products as they would reasonably do in a shop. A deduction may apply where handling beyond what is necessary has reduced the product’s value.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from its description, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may help us resolve your enquiry more quickly.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected, including the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days.

We will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a refund, repair or replacement, in accordance with applicable law.

5. How to Request a Return

To arrange a return, please contact BBONITA LTD using the contact details provided with your order or through our online shop at https://shop.bbonita.co.uk.

Please provide your order number and details of the products you wish to return.

We will provide the appropriate returns address and instructions for sending your items back. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.

Our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ is not a parcel returns address. Please do not send returned products there.

This procedure does not affect your statutory consumer rights or applicable return deadlines.

6. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning eligible products, provided this was communicated before purchase.

Where products are faulty, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, we will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.

We recommend retaining proof of postage.

7. Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the relevant product price and any applicable standard outbound delivery charge.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and within the applicable statutory timeframe. We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
